Residential exterior cleaning

Residential work begins with the same questions: what surfaces are included, what condition are they in, and what method is appropriate for the material?

House washing

Lower-pressure exterior cleaning for siding and trim. Exterior gutter face cleaning may be included when appropriate and included in the service plan.

Driveways & surfaces

Pressure washing for driveways, walkways, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, and similar flatwork.

Decks & fences

Wood, vinyl, and other materials are reviewed by surface and condition before the method and included areas are confirmed.

Additional exterior services

These are separate services and should be identified individually in an estimate request.

Gutter cleaning

Interior gutter debris removal. This is separate from cleaning exterior gutter faces as part of a house-washing service.

Roof cleaning

A lower-pressure approach for suitable roof surfaces. Roof material, condition, access, and visible staining must be considered before service is confirmed.

Concrete cleaning

Cleaning for suitable driveways, walkways, patios, and similar flatwork. Commercial concrete and service-area needs are addressed in our commercial exterior-cleaning services.

How the work is defined

What Copperline needs before confirming the work

An estimate starts with the property, the surfaces, their condition, access, and the areas included. An onsite assessment may be needed when those details cannot be confirmed remotely.

Describe the property

Share the location, property type, surfaces, visible buildup, access needs, and areas you want cleaned. If additional information or photographs would help us evaluate your property, we’ll let you know after reviewing your request.

Confirm the method and limits

Copperline considers the surface material and condition before recommending pressure washing, a lower-pressure approach, or further assessment. Not every stain or condition has the same cleaning response.

Document the service plan

The service plan should identify the included areas, method, access and timing needs, preparation, and any relevant limitations before service.

Common questions

Exterior cleaning questions

What areas does Copperline Exterior Services serve?

Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and surrounding areas.

Does Copperline clean commercial properties?

Yes. We serve offices, warehouses, retail centers, restaurants, medical facilities, multifamily communities, HOAs, and other managed properties.

Does Copperline use pressure washing or soft washing?

It depends on the surface and condition. Pressure washing may suit durable flatwork such as concrete, while lower-pressure methods are considered for surfaces that need a gentler approach. Copperline reviews the property details before recommending a method.

What affects an exterior cleaning estimate?

The included surfaces, approximate size, condition, access, property type, and scheduling needs can affect the work required and the estimate. Send those details through the estimate request form; an onsite assessment may be needed when the conditions cannot be confirmed remotely.

Not sure which method applies?

Send the property details and areas of concern. Copperline will review the surfaces and conditions before recommending the next step.
